Why is the Wonderbag not puffing up once it's removed from the packaging?

We aim to transfer the Wonderbag around the world as sustainably as possible by reducing the packaging size. This is achieved by vacuum packing the Wonderbag, which means the item needs puffing up when it arrives to you.

Once you open the packaging for the first time, try moving the foam around and get air into the Wonderbag to puff it up to the correct size. If you find it still isn't puffing up, try placing it in a tumble dryer on low heat for a couple of minutes, this normally does the job!
